Carolina-Style Yellow Barbecue Sauce

Yield:  about 2 cups
1 cup yellow mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 /2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup honey
1/2 tsp. each, salt &  black pepper
1/4 cup crushed red pepper seeds
2 splashes of Tabasco’s Habanero sauce (optional, for extra heat)
Whisk the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, white vinegar, brown sugar, honey and salt & pepper in a bowl until combined. Refrigerate overnight to develop flavors before using. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Great on anything off the barbecue; like fork-tender brisket sandwiches or use as a dipping sauce for fried foods ( especially french fries)
