Easy Boneless Ranch Wings

2 lbs. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 bottle Quality Ranch Dressing (Newman’s, Publix, Hidden Valley)

2 cups All-purpose flour

Chives (fresh or dried)

Cracked or Coarse Black Pepper

3 Eggs

Peanut (or Canola) oil, for frying

4 oz.  Hot Sauce (your favorite)

4 oz. Honey

Salt & Pepper, to taste

Take 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut them into “tenders”, marinate them overnight in one bottle of  Ranch Dressing. The next day combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour with dried chopped chives and McCormick’s Cracked Black Pepper (just enough until you can see it in the flour), dredge the marinated chicken in the flour, then in a whisked together mixture of 3 eggs and 1TB. water and dredge once again in the flour. Fry the chicken tenders in preheated oil on med-high heat. Drain on paper towels. Salt and pepper to taste. Whisk 1/4 cup hot sauce (I like Frank’s or Tabasco’s Habanero ) and 1/4 cup honey together for a fantastic dipping sauce.
