-this marinade changes boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders from bland and dry to flavorful and juicy.
1 cup Extra Virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Lea & Perrins White Wine worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
3 TBSP Fresh Flat-leaf Parsley
2 TBSP Fresh Chives
1 TBSP Fresh Tarragon
Whisk everything together in a bowl or deep dish. Add your boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders, toss to fully coat, cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator to marinate for at least a half hour before cooking.
Either skewer your chicken tenders and grill on the barbie or sauté tenders in a pan over med high heat until done.
Goes great with simple smashed baked potatoes that are cooked in a frying pan until browned and crispy in a little butter and asparagus, or your favorite vegetable(s).
