Beef Pizziola Panini

Ingredients:

1 recipe of Swiss Steak (from previous recipe in this section, made the day before
& refrigerated)
1 jar roasted red peppers
4 slices provolone cheese
4 Ciabiatta rolls

-Slice rolls and on bottom half place the swiss steak that has been divided into 4 equal portions, top with roasted peppers and finally a slice of provolone. Put top of roll on and grill on panini press for about three minutes….OR

you can wrap each sandwich tightly in foil and bake in 400 degree F oven until bread is crispy & cheese is melted.

      1. You too.. getting ready to head to Fla.. just waiting for my logbook to catch up so I figured I’d catch up on a few posts.. It’s raining in Pa.. Hopefully the weather will be cool while I’m home..
