3 tablespoons Tamari sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
In a glass bowl or dish, whisk together the Tamari sauce, honey, canola oil, lime juice, and garlic. Place chicken breast halves into the mixture, and turn to coat. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 3 hours).
Lightly oil the grill grate. Discard marinade, and grill chicken over high heat 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear.
