Carrot Fries with Tahini Aioli

Carrot Fries Ingredients:

12 carrots, halved and cut
into a French fry-like strips
1 TBSP olive oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Tahini Aioli
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup tahini
• 2 TBSP honey, or to taste

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425F degrees.
Put cut carrots into a medium sized bowl. Add oil and spices to the carrots and toss until they are evenly coated.
Lay carrots flat onto a baking tray, covered with no-stick aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes; tossing the carrots after 15 minutes.
While the carrots are baking, mix the Honey-Tahini Aioli ingredients together into a small bowl until well blended.
Serve as a dipping sauce for the carrot fries.
