1/2 pound Kielbasa, diced
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup onion, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
8 cups cabbage, shredded
1 pound bow tie pasta, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
Fry up Kielbasa and onions with butter and garlic in a large deep skillet until onions start to caramelize.
Add shredded cabbage, stir to combine and continue to cook in a covered skillet until cabbage is tender, adding water, as needed, to keep cabbage from browning too much as it cooks.
Add cooked bow tie pasta and season with salt and pepper.
